Join our Facebook group for weekly premade sales!
These take place usually on a Sunday's at 7
p.m. EST. They are infrequent so make sure to join our group to stay up to date on when a sale is coming !!
Sales are first-come-first-serve.
However, if you do miss out on a sale, all unclaimed collars get posted to our Ready-to-Ship page, as well as customs will open up again eventually.
When cubbying your order you are setting it aside until a later date. This is beneficial to anyone who likes to place orders of single collars sporadically, this offers you the ability to only pay shipping once and then fill a box!
A box can hold up to 4 collars for the $5 shipping option so instead of $20 shipping for each individual collar order you only pay$5!
If you choose to cubby, use the code "cubby" at checkout and please specify when you would like your order shipped !! Either "ship once the box contains x amount of collars", “ship after the pre-made sale”, or you can just let me know to hold off until you have an exact idea of when to ship them.
Customs: anywhere from 1-6 weeks (sometimes longer if i need to order materials but i will always update if anything is delayed via the FB group or to you directly if its order specific)
Pre-Mades- ship out in 1-2 days (not counting weekends)
Hand-washing with a tiny bit of soap and air drying is the best way to wash our collars.
Fill a bin or sink with water and soap. Soak the collars and scrub the grime away with your hand or a soft sponge. Rinse the fabric thoroughly. Ring out or pat with a towel.
Then allow to air dry until completely dry.
If you have one available, a force dryer is a great way to get a good amount of the excess water out of the collar.
if you're minky looks wrong after washing, have no fear! This is normal and has a simple fix! Just take a comb or slicker brush and brush the minky back to its fluffy glory!
*Machine washing is not recommended however as long as you protect the hardware and your washer it should be okay.
Please note that i will not be held liable for any damages and i cannot replace or refund the collar in question*
A Full refund will be issued to any customer wanting to return their item within 48 hours of receiving it.
ALL returns must be sent back to me before receiving payment back. Once the collar is in my hands and it looks identical to when it shipped from me, you will then be refunded for the price of the collar only.
If there are damages on your part you will not be eligible for a refund, if you end up disliking your choices of design you are not eligible for a refund.
Fully custom designs drawn by our designer are not eligible for a refund as they are custom made to you.
If your package gets lost by USPS you have the option to a partial refund, 30% off a new purchase for a replacement or $20 store credit for a future purchase. There will be no full refunds or free replacements.
Packages lost by USPS happens sometimes at the fault of nobody. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a free replacement. But we do offer a few ways to remedy the situation. We offer a 50% refund, 30% off your replacement collar price or $20 store credit for a future pre-made purchase.
If a package gets lost a second time, unfortunately we are only able to offer 10% off a future purchase.
If a third package should be sent out it MUST be to a different address than the previous one or the third shipment will not be covered at all for a replacement or store credit.
Please make sure to reach out to us immediately upon noticing your package is missing so the appropriate claims and calls to USPS can be made before any sort of action on my end can be taken. Do call USPS on your own time as well for the best chance at getting a claim started and having them search & locate your package.
Use this image if you need any help with figuring out where to measure your dog for the most accurate sizing when ordering customs.
For pre-made collars, take the size of your dogs head and add 2”. That is the size you should look to purchase when buying any over the head style collars.
-Measure the base when folded to get the first number.
-Multiply by 2 to get your accurate measurement.
-Measure the chain and add that to your measurement. This should be 4 inches in length + 1 inch for the D-ring.
-Measure buckle collars unclasped and on a flat surface.
-To get your largest size: the tape measure should start at the edge right before the metal on one side and end at the edge of the buckle on the other side.
-To get your smallest size: adjust the collar as small as you can and follow the steps above.
-Lay the collar on a flat surface
-To get the largest size: measure from one end, through the D-ring to the opposite end.
-To get the smaller size: adjust the collar and repeat the step above.
